Easy Strawberry Frosting Fudge recipe. This 2-ingredient strawberry fudge makes a simple recipe idea for Valentine’s Day.
We are officially in love month. Valentines day is just around the corner, and everywhere at my school, teachers are making Valentine’s activities for their students.
Personally, I’m not really into all the Valentine’s stuff. But what I am into is baking pink color everything. And this pink strawberry fudge is an easy recipe that makes a cute gift on Valentine’s Day.
While my husband claims that he doesn’t like fudge, this Strawberry Frosting Fudge has changed his mind. This 2 ingredient fudge is an easy fudge recipe to make as a last minute delicious treat any day of the year.
Strawberry Frosting Fudge Ingredients
You are 2 simple ingredients away from making this delicious strawberry fudge. All you need to make this easy strawberry fudge is:
- Strawberry frosting – Store-bought frosting works best.
- White chocolate chips – Make sure that you are using good quality white chocolate so that it is easier to melt.
That’s it!
Tips
No need to use the double boiler method. I have tried making this fudge both ways: in the microwave and with the double boiler, and they both give me a similar batch of fudge. So if you have a large enough microwave-safe bowl, I say to do it in the microwave.
Storage: Place fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks. If you wanted to store it longer, place in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
Variations
Enhance the strawberry flavor. While I wouldn’t recommend adding fresh strawberries to the fudge, sprinkling some freeze-dried strawberries on top of the fudge (or mixed into the fudge mixture) really helps bring out the strawberry flavor.
Experiment with different frosting flavors and chocolate. I saw cherry frosting at the grocery store that I was very tempted to try. But if you wanted a white chocolate fudge, use vanilla frosting. Or if you wanted a chocolate fudge, use chocolate frosting and milk chocolate chips. The possibilities are endless!

My kids love making this because it’s so easy and something they can make almost entirely on their own. Sometimes we add sprinkles to it for extra fun.

Such an easy way to make fudge for Valentine’s Day. I melt my chocolate chips in the slow cooker, then mix it all together and put it in our pan to chill.
