Easy Strawberry Nutella Crepes recipe. This quick and simple breakfast idea makes a sweet weekend brunch treat.
Making the most of berry season before they are gone. Why does it always seem like summer flies by so quickly? Probably a byproduct of me being a teacher, but I can never reach my fill of berries!
So here I am, making Strawberry Nutella Crepes for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
What do you need to make Strawberry Nutella Crepes?
These crepes are super easy to make. I used to make them as a 14 year old working at a bubble tea shop. All you need is:
- flour
- eggs
- milk
- oil
- salt
- Nutella
- strawberries
- whipped cream (optional)
That’s it!
You can make so many variations of these crepes based on what fruits you have on hand. I have been making Banana Nutella Crepes for years now which is nice because you can make those year round.
But during the summer months? You can bet that I am going to be taking full advantage of all of the berries we have on hand.

Strawberry Nutella Crepes
Ingredients
Crepes
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk of choice
- 2 Tbsp avocado oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
Fillings and toppings
- Nutella
- sliced strawberries
- whipped cream
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together all of the crepe ingredients until fully combined.
- Heat a tablespoon of oil on a large skillet. When the oil is hot, scoop 1/3 cup of batter onto the pan, and roll the pan around until the batter has coated the pan. Flip the crepe after 2 minutes and cook until the other side is light brown. Remove and repeat for the other crepes.
- Spread the Nutella over each pancake. Arrange the sliced strawberries in the middle third of the crepe. Fold the ends over top. Top with whipped cream and additional sliced strawberries.
Notes
- Switch up the fruit with whatever you have on hand!
- Make a strawberry rose to make them even fancier.

Fabulous crepes! Way back when I catered I once made nutella crepes for a fundraiser. I was in a home on a holiday house tour, and people kept having to run out and get me more groceries! I hadn’t been sure if everyone would like the crepes, but they did! And ate more than their share!
