Ingredients
- 1 packet acai puree
- 1/4 cup mangoes, frozen and cubed
- 1 medium banana, frozen and sliced
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (from a carton, not a can)
Instructions
- Put all of the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and top with desired toppings.

I love making açai bowls, but have never thought to make one with mango. I loved the tropical flavors it imparted to the recipe. I used banana protein powder as that’s all I add and it really tasted amazing.
