Easy Vanilla Bean Rawtella Cacao Butter Cups recipe. This vegan fat bomb is the perfect healthy snack to satisfy your sweet tooth.
Is it just me, or does it seem like it should be next week already?
This week has just dragged ON! But it is finally Friday, so maybe this weekend I will have time to make something in my kitchen that takes longer than 10 minutes to make.
But for the rest of the week, there is always the option of making these Vanilla Bean Rawtella Cacao Butter Cups.
Looking back on the food trends of this past year, it seems like I participated in almost none of them.
Air friers? Nope. Celery juice? Not even interested.
Fat bombs? I like the idea, but I thought that I would rather eat Nutella with a spoon than make something “healthy”.
So around a year later, here we go. I am going to try to revive the trend with these healthy, vegan fat bombs.
These may look a LOT like my 2 Ingredient Nutella Fudge, but don’t be fooled!! This recipe is vegan, gluten free, and full of all of the other key words that make this treat sound healthy.
Just like my Nutella Fudge, I like keeping it in the freezer and having it melt in my mouth. But for a softer bite to it, I would recommend storing these in the fridge.
Just make sure it is out of sight. I may have eaten half of the batch that I made last night as a “midnight snack”. Just maybe…
I used to buy this Rawtella from a local health food store by my house in Toronto, but I have yet to find it in the stores around my house in Chicago. I’m either going to have to buy it from Amazon (I think it is the same company, but it is called Rawmio on Amazon) or look a lot harder.
So if you have all 5 of the ingredients and an extra 10 minutes to spare, I say make it! Join me in reviving the fat bomb trend. Just in time to align your healthy snacking with the New Year!
