Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup cake flour

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Line a mini muffin pan with 13 paper liners. Set aside.
  • In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream togehter the Nutella and eggs until smooth. Mix in the cake flour.
  • Divide the batter evenly into the prepared mini muffin pan and bake in the preheated oven for 11-12 minutes. Allow to cool in the pan completely.
