In a microwave safe bowl, microwave the chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30 second intervals, mixing until smooth.
Add in the shredded coconut and almonds, and mix until they are fully coated with chocolate.
Line a muffin pan with 10 paper liners. Divide the chocolate mixture evenly into the paper liners. Use the back of a spoon to create the nest.
Place in the fridge until hardened. Fill each nest with mini eggs.
