Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup cream of wheat
  • 1 medium banana, cut into coins
  • 2/3 cup strawberries, diced
  • 2 tsp peanuts
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs

Instructions

  • Heat the milk in a small saucepan on medium heat. Stir in the cream of wheat, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and allow to simmer until thickened.
  • Split the cream of wheat between two bowls. Top evenly with the bananas and strawberries. Dollop the Greek yogurt on top, and sprinkle the peanuts and cacao nibs on top.

Notes

  1. Switch up the strawberries with different fruit for a different twist on this banana split cream of wheat.
  2. Best enjoyed immediately.
