Preheat the oven to 350℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Roll out the crescent roll dough and pinch together the seams. Cut into 12 rectangles.
Place a piece of chocolate at the top of each rectangle and top with a teddy graham. Fold the bottom of the rectangle up for a "blanket" and press down the edges with a fork.
Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 9-11 minutes, or until golden brown.
