Biscoff Rice Krispie Ice Cream

Easy Biscoff Rice Krispie Ice Cream recipe. Almost like a cookie butter flavoured rice Krispie treat in a frozen dessert form.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup biscoff spread
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 3/4 cup rice krispies

Instructions

  • In the bowl of a stand mixer, mix together the biscoff spread and sugar until fully combined.
  • Turn the mixer to low and mix in the vanilla, whipping cream and milk until fully combined.
  • Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and process according to manufacturer's instructions. When 5 minutes are remaining, pour in the rice krispies until fully incorporated.
  • When the ice cream is done, pour into an airtight container and freeze until ready to serve.
