In the bowl of a stand mixer, mix together the biscoff spread and sugar until fully combined.
Turn the mixer to low and mix in the vanilla, whipping cream and milk until fully combined.
Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and process according to manufacturer's instructions. When 5 minutes are remaining, pour in the rice krispies until fully incorporated.
When the ice cream is done, pour into an airtight container and freeze until ready to serve.
