In a blender, mix together the chia seed layer ingredients except for the chia seeds. Pour the mixture into a small bowl, and mix in the chia seeds. Continue mixing occasionally over the next 5 minutes, then refrigerate for 3 hours, or overnight.
In the morning (or after 3 hours), blend the strawberry layer until smooth. Pour evenly into 2 tall cups or 2 mason jar.
Pour the chia seed layer evenly over the strawberry layer.
Wash the blender out, and mix together the blueberry layer until smooth. Pour evenly over the chia seed layer.
