Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 8 Oreos, chopped

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Add in the milk, yogurt, eggs and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  • Fold in the crushed Oreos.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Scoop 1/3 cup of batter for each pancake, and flip when bubbles are covering the surface of the pancake. Cook the other side until it is golden.
  • Top with ice cream and melted butter. Enjoy!
