Preheat the oven to 350˚F.
Roll out 1 roll of crescent rolls on the bottom of a 9x18 inch baking pan.
In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese, egg, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crescent rolls.
Roll out the other crescent roll over the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
