Easy Pie Crust (No Rolling Pin Required!)

Flaky easy pie crust, ready for the oven in 10 minutes, with no rolling pin required! Can be used in place of a storeboght pie crust.

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the flour and the salt.
  • Add in the water and oil, and mix until fully combined. Form into a ball.
  • Grease your pie pan, and place the ball of dough on top. Punch down the ball, and spread the dough to cover the pie pan (I used a quiche pan), pressing the dough up around the sides of the pan.
  • Use to bake anywhere you need an unbaked crust!
