Egg and Breadcrumb Patties

Make these Egg and Breadcrumb Patties with your leftover breadcrumbs! It is so easy to make, it is my favourite way to use up your chicken breading.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp oil

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together all of the ingredients except the oil.
  • Heat the oil on a medium skillet. Scoop 1/4 cup mixture and cook on one side for around 2 minutes or until browned. Flip and cook the other side for around 2 minutes, or until brown. Repeat for the remaining batter.

Notes

You can replace the breadcrumbs and Parmesan with your leftover breading from your meat recipes.
