Heat the milk in a small saucepan on medium heat. Add in the oats and chia seeds. Bring to a boil, and reduce the heat. Allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour into a bowl.
In a small microwave sage bowl, microwave the honey and coconut oil for 30 seconds and mix until smooth. Mix in the coconut and pecans. Scoop on top of the oatmeal.
