Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiling hot water
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups lemon juice
  • 5 1/2 cups cold water

Instructions

  • In a pitcher, mix together the hot water and sugar until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  • Mix in the lemon juice and cold water until fully combined. Serve with ice and lemon slices.

Notes

  1. I like a more tart lemon flavour. You can add more sugar or water if you like the lemon flavour less intense.
