Mini Egg Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 4 cups whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini eggs, chopped
  • 1 cup mini eggs not chopped

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix together the whipping cream, milk, sugar and vanilla extract until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and process according to manufacturer's instructions. About 5 minutes before the ice cream is done, add in the mini eggs. When the ice cream is done, pour into an airtight container and mix in the whole mini eggs. Freeze for at least 2 hours.
