Lightly butter a 9x13 inch baking pan and set aside.
In a large saucepan, melt the butter on medium heat. Add in the marshmallows and mix until melted.
Remove from heat and quickly mix in the Rice Krispies cereal.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and press down evenly. Allow to cool until hardened.
Once hardened, cut into rectangles.
Place the white chocolate chips and the coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals, mixing until smooth.
Drizzle the white chocolate mixture over the Rice Krispies rectangles. Place two mini chocolate chips on each Rice Krispies treat and allow the white chocolate to harden.
