Ingredients

unsweetened shredded coconut
1/4
cup
pure maple syrup

coconut oil

tsp
vanilla extract
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and pulse until combined.
Press into a loaf pan and refrigerate for around 1 hour. Cut into bars and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
