In a medium saucepan, mix together the cream and the sugar until the sugar is melted.
In a medium bowl, beat together the egg yolks. Slowly mix in half of the warm cream mixture to the egg yolks. Pour the mixture back into the saucepan, and mix until the mixture thickens. Pour into a chilled bowl, and refrigerate until cold.
Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer’s instruction.
When the ice cream is the consistency of soft serve, stir in the oreos.
Place the ice cream in an airtight container and freeze until ready to serve.
