Ovaltine Ice Cream
Homemade creamy ovaltine ice cream made with milk, whipping cream and half & half. Super easy to make: mix and pour into ice cream maker.

Ingredients

cup
whipping cream
1
cup
milk
1
cup
half and half

Tbsp
granulated sugar
1
cup
ovaltine
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, combine all the ingredients together on medium heat. Stir constantly until sugar is melted and ovaltine is fully mixed in.
Let cool and place in the refrigerator for a few hours, preferably overnight.
Pour mixture into your ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions.
Place the ice cream in an airtight container and freeze until ready to serve.

Total time does not include chilling time.
