Line an 9x9 square pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a large microwave save bowl, add the chocolate chips, peanut butter, maple syrup and coconut oil. Microwave in 30 second intervals, mixing until smooth.Li
Mix in the Chex cereal until fully coated.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan. Press down with a silicone spatula.
Place in the fridge to cool completely, then cut into squares.
