Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 3 Tbsp milk
  • 3 Tbsp oil
  • 1/4 cup Reese's minis

Instructions

  • In a microwave safe mug, mix together all of the ingredients except for the Reese's minis until smooth.
  • Fold in half of the Reese's minis.
  • Microwave for 30 seconds, then sprinkle the rest of the Reese's minis on top. Microwave for an additional 30 seconds. If the center of the mug cake is not yet set, microwave in 10 second intervals until set.
