Easy Rosebud Peanut Butter Cookies made with only 6 ingredients and ready in under 15 minutes. This is a great last minute dessert recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup icing sugar
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • rosebud chocolates (Best if you freeze them)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350˚F
  • Cream together the eggs, sugars and peanut butter.
  • Shape the dough into 1 inch balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 10 minutes. Remove cookies from the oven. Press the frozen rosebud chocolates onto the warm cookies, and transfer to wire racks to cool.
