Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup salted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup salted caramel chips
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, Nutella and the sugars until light and fluffy. Add in the egg and vanilla, and mix until fully combined.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, cornstarch and baking powder. Mix into the wet ingredients until fully incorporated.
  • Fold in the caramel chips and chocolate chips.
  • Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop batter onto the prepared baking sheets and bake in the preheated  oven for 9-11 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool completely on baking sheet.
