Cook the rotini in a medium saucepan according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the oil. Cook the sausages until golden. Remove from saucepan and set aside.
In the same saucepan, cook the onion, bell pepper and garlic for 1-2 minutes.
Slice the sausages and add to the skillet with the vegetables. Cook for around 1 minute.
Mix in the garlic powder and chicken broth. Add in the rotini and Parmesan, and mix until combined.
