Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Lightly spray with cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce and brown sugar. Add in the salmon skin side up and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marinate.
Preheat the oven to 400˚F.
Place the salmon skin side down on the prepared baking sheet and cook for around 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine all of the glaze ingredients together in a small bowl. Pour over the warm salmon. Garnish with green onions.
