- 4 1/2 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup salted butter, softened
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
Preheat the oven to 350˚F.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Fold in the flour until fully combined.
Press the cookie dough into an 8×8 baking sheet. Place in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly brown.
Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. Cut into squares.
