Ingredients

baby spinach
washed

bell peppers
diced (I used red and yellow)

cup
cauliflower,
chopped
1/2
cup
broccoli,
chopped
1/2
large
avocado,
thinly sliced

hemp hearts

caesar salad dressing
Instructions
Layer all of the vegetables in a bowl. Sprinkle with hemp hearts and top with salad dressing.
