Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350℉. Lightly spray a ramekin with cooking spray and set aside.
  • Add all of the ingredients except the white chocolate chips in a small blender and pulse until smooth.
  • Pour the blended oat mixture into the prepared ramekin. Top with the white chocolate chips.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-23 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before eating.
